JSC OZNA implements new production regulations in ERP

The JSC OZNA plant in Bashkortostan making the oil and gas equipment started implementation in a corporate information system Olympus of new regulations of production planning.

ERP system mastering process Olympus, developments of Gradient-New technologies company, began at the plant in 2001, and in the fall of 2002 a system was transferred to trial operation. At first at the enterprise the modules "Sales of Products", "Production Preparation" and "Production planning" were implemented. In half a year implementation of the modules "Financial Accounting", "Finance" and "Personnel management" began. Since the end of 2003 the modules "Logistics", "Start Release Accounting" and "Intra Shop Accounting" were brought into trial operation. Now, according to the customer, all these modules are in commercial operation, and in a system more than 150 users work.

In May, 2008 at the enterprise works on implementation of the module "Settlings with Workers" began, and at the end of July at the plant started implementation in the system of the new principles of production management directed to increase in transparency and controllability of a production process of products, beginning from signing of the contract and finishing shipment of a product to the customer.
