2022: Rejection of paper document management in HR

On July 1, 2022, HRlink announced that Buffered Bay LLC, which produces the Lifehacker lifestyle edition, has switched to personnel electronic document management. Thanks to the connection to the HRlink platform, about a hundred employees throughout Russia and abroad can instantly submit applications and get acquainted with documents.

"Buffer Bay" faced the need to digitize the personnel document flow. For 115 employees of the company, about 10-15 applications and 50 orders had to be issued monthly. The process was delayed due to the fact that most of the team works remotely: documents had to be sent by courier or postal delivery and expected to return them. HR specialists needed to constantly monitor whether all papers were issued and available - this required time and other resources.

The company decided to transfer personnel workflow to the KEDO platform from HRlink. Using the HRlink service, you can draw up and sign documents online from a smartphone or computer. For signing, an electronic digital signature is used, which is issued directly on the platform, or an account on the State Public services portal.

The main feature of HRlink is the speed of working with documents. In the service, any employee of Buffer Bay can instantly issue according to ready-made templates and submit an application or memo. The HR specialist, in turn, monitors and processes them online, approves and issues relevant orders. The process takes several minutes. In this case, all documents are in the same database and you can check their presence and status at any time.

About 100 employees of the company are registered in HRlink - all, except for temporary team members working under a civil law agreement (GPC) and self-employed.
