2018: Implementation of Corporate-Wide Planning and Management Reporting System

The project to implement the corporate planning and management reporting system based on SAP BPC 10.1 Embedded on HANA was launched in order to solve new business problems facing the economic and planning divisions of LUKOIL Group organizations: functional development of the budgeting system in accordance with business requirements, implementation of the budget model on the SAP HANA platform, optimization of the system interface, as well as improvement of its performance and stability.

As part of the project, the company BearingPoint analyzed the current enterprise system budgetings the Russian and developed its new architecture. Then the BearingPoint team began the implementation of the 2nd stage of the project - for foreign companies of the company.

A unified budgeting system has been developed for 60 Russian organizations and 50 foreign companies of the group with the participation of BearingPoint. As part of the project, the BearingPoint team was responsible for the following areas:

• Analysis of the current budgeting system;
• Development of the budgeting system architecture for SAP BPC 10.1 Embedded on HANA;
• Integration of source SAP- and non-SAP and budgeting systems
• Architectural control over the implementation of budgeting system settings;
• Basic software setup work.
