2018: Implementation of a comprehensive integrated management information system

In 2014, with the help of BearingPoint, the program of process transformation and the implementation of a comprehensive integrated management information system in AK ALROSA (KIISU) was completed.

In 2016, a new project was launched, the purpose of which is to create an automated budget management system based on KIISU, which provides the process of automating the consolidated budget under RAS and the consolidated budget under IFRS with an up-to-date unified and transparent methodology for budgeting and analysis of budget execution, as well as methodological support for automating the budget process.

BearingPoint participated in the project as a subcontractor to TIMLIS, the main contractor of the project.

The BearingPoint team did the following:

  • Migration of the SAP Business Warehouse and SAP BPC of ALROSA to the SAP HANA platform;
  • Finalization and automation of the methodology for forming budgets of structural divisions, key subsidiaries and affiliates and the consolidated budget of AK ALROSA according to RAS and development of calculation models and budget forms;
  • Improving the functionality of the Group's consolidated financial statements system;
  • Improvement of the functionality of the consolidated budget system in accordance with the methodology of the consolidated budget of ALROSA Group under IFRS;
  • Integration with SAP ERP, SRM, 1C, exchange site, Microsoft Project Server and a number of specific industry systems.
