The Sportmaster sporting goods network has introduced a software robot from PIX Robotics, the Russian developer of RPA platforms, to collect, process and upload acquirer reports for branches to the accounting system on the 1C platform. The Sportmaster retail chain of sports goods for July 2022 unites more than 500 stores throughout Russia. Daily, the company's accountants receive reports from acquirers. The largest volume of report processing is on Monday and the day after the holidays due to the accumulation of reports for this period. To unload accountants, the company decided to robotically process the processing and loading of reports on the PIX RPA platform.

Reports are received for each specific branch of the company. The robot's task is to check and process reports according to certain rules, determine what needs to be done next: upload to 1C or send to the accountant for revision. In addition, the robot also uploads all reports to the company's electronic archive.

The robot functions daily (including on weekends and holidays) and processes all received reports until 12:00. Reports that have not passed the initial robot check are automatically sent to the accountant for additional check, and then returned for further processing along the route. The average processing time of a single report by a robot is 4.5 minutes.

The company's accountants reacted positively to the introduction of the robot. RPA technology allows employees to free themselves from daily routine operations and switch to more important intelligent tasks.
