2022: Tender call for development of FSM/CRM solution

The brewing company Russia AB InBev Efes on July 5, 2022 announced a tender among local IT companies for development. softwareCRM FSM/solution will include management of commercial crafts-, data information exchange with partners, aggregation of orders from various sources, etc. The period of implementation of software development and provision of information and consulting services is up to one year. The corresponding information is posted on the company's procurement portal.

As part of the contract with AB InBev Efes, the local provider will have to develop an FSM/CRM solution that can support current business processes and will be synchronized with the current systems of the company.

We plan to completely localize IT solutions to support commercial processes: our own B2B portal, contract management module, CRM for call center agents, mobile SFA solution, etc. Thanks to our extensive expertise and best local practices, we want to develop not just a "boxed solution," but to create an innovative and constantly developing product. It should be noted that as of July 2022, about a third of the company's sales are digital channels, which demonstrate excellent indicators from year to year, and we see in it great potential for growth in the future, "said Inga Panych, director of digital sales transformation at AB InBev Efes.

The local vendor must be ready to support the product, taking into account the geography of the company, the extensive network of partners and the extensive customer base. Already at the beginning of 2022, more than 300,000 partner outlets have the ability to place an order through distribution agents, their own B2B platform or through the services of the CXC center. More than 65 thousand points have already connected to the company's multi-vendor B2B platform, and the volume of sales of distributors in the digital channel has grown by 122%.

The supplier is also expected to provide high-quality service and product support. The responsibility will include the creation and periodic update of documentation on the functionality, as well as informing about innovations in the technological sphere and their applicability to the system.
