1C Company: VDGB announced completion of implementation of industry solution of 1C:VDGB: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC of a system of programs 1C: Enterprise 8.2 in HCC Stankin.

Project tasks and choice of the solution

The customer set the task - implementation of an information system for increase in transparency of accounting and maintaining all its types in one information environment.

As the solution for implementation of an assigned task was the industry product of 1C Company is taken : VDGB, developed taking into account specifics of work of the enterprises of housing sector.

Implementation Results

Product 1C:VDGB: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC, being integrated with the standard solution 1C: Accounting, allowed to automate accounting and tax accounting in HCC Stankin. In particular, underwent automation and are processed in uniform base:

• fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• accounting of transactions with money;
• accounting of business activities of several organizations.

Implementation of 1C:VDGB: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC allows the customer to solve a number of specific problems of calculations and charges:

• flexible determination of services and methods of their calculation;
• accounting of subsidies, calculation and accounting of budget grants;
• distribution of payment between services;
• selection of payment on certain, including own services.
