2022: Completion of the first stage of the transition to EDI with private clients
Bank Kuban Credit has completed the first stage of the transition to electronic document management with private clients. As early as July 2022, most documents can be signed at the Bank's offices using an electronic tablet. In paper form, only a banking contract remains for signature. SafeTech announced this on July 7, 2022.
This was made possible by Nopaper Office technology. It allows you to instantly create a client's mobile electronic signature with the safety of information about it. The service is built into the banking infrastructure: a specialist at Kuban Credit Design Bureau identifies an individual, enters his data into the account system and issues a personalized electronic signature. The client is authorized by a unique code, after which he can immediately sign documents online. It should be noted that Kuban Credit was the first in the Russian Federation to implement the "digital" signing by a private client of the key recognition act.
The transition to paperless technologies will give the Bank the opportunity to improve customer service, optimize the storage of documents in electronic format, as well as reduce the cost of paper, logistics, archives and office equipment maintenance.
At the second stage, Nopaper Office will be integrated into the remote banking system and scaled to all intra-bank processes. As a result, specialists and clients of the Bank will be able to sign documents on their mobile devices.
The introduction of paperless services is another mechanism of Kuban Credit Bank to improve work with private clients, "said Maxim Grechikho, Head of the Information Technology Department. - The Nopaper service will greatly simplify the service process, make it more comfortable and secure. On the other hand, reducing the use of paper will allow the Bank to optimize costs and, importantly, will serve to preserve the country's forest fund. |
