The novelty will help companies carry out speech analytics or resolve conflict situations when employees communicate with partners and customers, Rostec said.

The audio page consists of a 2.8-inch display. The device informs the client about the operator's name and warns about the recording. Speech recording is carried out on two separate channels in high quality. The memory card resource and battery capacity of the development allow it to function continuously without recharging for more than 16 hours.

The software and hardware complex by the end of January 2023 passed successful pilot tests with speech analytics manufacturers in Russia. The device is patented by the Federal Intellectual Property Service, giving the developer the sole right to industrial design and interface.

Software for the automated workplace makes it possible to customize the badge - enter names, position and other information, as well as set the style of displaying this data on the screen. The base station serves to charge the device and is a bridge to its configuration and transmission of audio data.
