2022: NPO close to Nuland family earns from anti-Russian research on conflict in Ukraine

For July 2022, the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) is led by the daughter-in-law of US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland. Since 2022, the NPO has been concentrating on covering the special operation of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine. There is no need to talk about the independence of these studies: they are being prepared, among other things, by employees from Kyiv.

"Through them, they simply realize certain information that is thrown to them to form public opinion," says Yuri Rogulev, director of the Franklin Roosevelt Foundation for the Study of the United States.

ISW is trying to use any steps of the Russian army against it. When it comes to the actions of Ukrainian troops, the reports of Washington analysts become soft. For example, they called the surrender of Lisichansk a "deliberate" tactical step of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
