Rosvodokanal of SAP-IT

Project implementation of automation and optimization of activity was started by Rosvodokanal Group.

The project started within the development strategy of the company till 2012.

At the heart of the implemented integrated schedule system and the reporting, based on SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC), SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise lies.

Today the project is considered unique in Russia - for automation of formation of financial statements the module SAP Intercompany is for the first time used. This module allows to make reconciliation of intra group turnovers online.

In the nearest future on Rosvodokanala the complex project management information system based on Oracle Primavera will be started. It will allow to automate and make transparent planning processes, executions and control of investment programs.

One of the main tasks of Rosvodokanal - implementation at the enterprises of group of a single system of accounting and tax accounting. The management of group is sure that standardization of financial and economic activity of water utilities will allow to reduce process of consolidation of data at the level of group, will significantly increase quality and reliability of the prepared reporting and will reduce terms of its preparation.

According to the CEO of group Pyotr Zolotarev, "implementation of the best programs for optimization and automation of activity confirms the status "Rosvodokanala" as the largest Russian company ready to invest heavily in increase in efficiency of the work".

Within project implementation and also with a view to further development, in the company the special division - Project office is created.
