According to Zadornov, despite the difficult macroeconomic conditions, Rosgosstrakh by July 2022 retains a positive financial result from its main activities and is an important asset of the group.

According to Interfax, citing a source in the insurance market, Halperin's departure may be associated with the preparation of a deal to sell the parent bank Otkritie, as well as a number of assets of this group, the agency's interlocutor adds.^[1]
