Equinet is actively developing the B2B direction and working with counterparties. But the old site could not withstand competition with more modern venues. For customers, the necessary functionality was not provided within the portal, navigation was inconvenient, and the design did not correspond to the trends of online trading.
Task
Develop and launch a B2B portal with voluminous functionality and the ability to post detailed information about goods and services, increase customer loyalty and optimize work.

Catalog
- Multiple item search scenarios;
- Implementation of the social commerce element in the form of a revocation block in the detailed product card;
- SEO optimization of blocks in the product card;
- Study a separate section of the Sales catalog.
Counterparty's Personal Account
A registered user has access to a personal account on the portal. Depending on the type of account, the user has a different list of services. Registered users have access to:
- individual price types established for a legal entity;
- the ability to place and repeat a previously made order;
- You can request the necessary documentation and upload the price list.
Manager's Personal Account
Counterparties are tied to each manager. With the help of convenient service, employees of the customer company can:
- search for counterparties by name or TIN,
- Manage the addition of new users to a legal entity
- Fill in the actual plan with the amount of orders sold and set the plan for the quarter.
Checkout and Shipping
For wholesale buyers, nuances are important, so the function of changing a legal entity has been worked out in the basket. Also, users have the opportunity to place an order without going to the catalog. At the same time, buyers can choose the option of delivering goods: pickup from the warehouse or transportation by a transport company.
Result
The portal has been successfully launched, and the company's customers are already placing orders using a new service that meets modern requirements. The development and automation of business tasks has increased the level of service that directly affects the increase in orders and solves the company's goals.
