2022: Robotization of publishing messages on the Rosfinmonitoring website

Alfa-Leasing Group, together with the IT company First BIT, robotized the publication of messages on the Rosfinmonitoring website using the PIX Robotics platform. As a result, the process of forming and checking a message was halved. This was announced on July 19, 2022 by PIX Robotics.

After the transport is leased, employees of the compliance department of Alfa-Leasing send information to Rosfinmonitoring through their personal account. Each new deal is a sequence of the same actions that employees perform throughout the day. To relieve employees from monotonous work and not inflate the staff, the company decided to robotic this process.

As a result, the PIX robot takes over the entire routine process: checks the presence of the necessary filled data in the system and its correctness, assigns a sequence number to the new message, generates a message file and displays it on the employee's screen for control. Next, the message is sent through the personal account of Rosfinmonitoring. The robot saves reports on sending a message and forms an archive on the disk with supporting documents. If the robot notices an error, it informs the specialist who corrects it. The robot daily starts a new folder with a date and adds all messages there.

Setting up the robot is a long and difficult process that made it easier for employees, freed up time for those duties that specialists did not have time to do and made it possible to reduce PHY. Thanks to the automation of the process using PIX Robotics, the rate of message generation and verification was halved - from 1 hours to 30 minutes. The robot also unloaded department employees and allowed them to engage in more complex and interesting tasks.

In total, the entire process took about 6 months. The team tested and debugged all processes for a month, after which the robot fully replaced the person on this task. Compliance employees no longer need to spend hours of working time on such a routine - but you can switch to highly intelligent tasks, - said Sergey Lozhkin, CEO of PIX Robotics.
