Organize and configure functionality for B2B commerce on the dealer portal.

Process automation

The tasks set by the customer concerned both the automation of work with existing dealers and the management of marketing processes. The implementation of business tasks for the project was based on the B2B platform developed by Fact. The platform automates the processes of processing online orders and managing them through the dealer's personal account, working with the product catalog, price types, providing up-to-date information about the availability of goods in warehouses, as well as providing users with up-to-date product documentation. Thanks to the proven solutions included in the platform, we have made the manufacturer's interaction with dealers more transparent and more convenient.

Interface

For the portal, the specialists of "Fact" made a modern and convenient interface, integrated the functionality: unloading of counterparties, delivery dates for goods, status of availability of goods. Plus, they made it possible to unload technical documentation for goods from 1C. Each product in the catalog has a high-quality representation: a detailed description of properties and characteristics, a certificate of conformity and, of course, images that allow you to view the product in detail.

Training Center

To increase the efficiency of dealer sales, the customer prudently asked the specialists of the company "Fact" to add on the portal the possibility of posting training courses, brochures, webinar recordings and announcements of seminars on GAUSS brand products. Thus, dealer employees gained access to a database of methodological and promotional materials for successful sales to end consumers.

Work result

Thanks to our experience in developing B2B solutions, the customer received a full portal for dealers with automated shipping processes, status of goods in the order, the function of mass addition of goods to the basket, plan-fact indicators to control the implementation of sales plans by dealers.
