Task

Create a customer-friendly tool that allows you to order products, receive transaction information and financial statements, and automate typical tasks on the part of managers.

Decision

01 For Enterprise Portal Users

shows the complete list of products (regardless of the completeness of the product card) available for this region, while for unauthorized users and users of the online retail store only products sold in the online store are shown.

02 In the cart

added the ability to divide the order into two sets by delivery time: the first set includes the goods available for delivery today, the second all other goods

03 For authorized users

Enterprise Portal defaults to tabular display mode.

04 Added payment method "Credit"

After authorization on the site, the portal user gets access to his personal account. Various services have been developed for users:

AWS managers

Often buyers in the construction business are not experienced users of online services. To help them with checkout, ordering, receiving reporting documents, etc., a separate personal account has been developed for company managers, which allows you to select a company and a client, log in under this user and perform actions on his behalf.

Result

More than 500 managers already use AWS, and the number of registered users on the portal quickly exceeded 1000 people. As a result of the project, the company's clients are more transferred to self-service. This saves time for both buyers and customer managers.
