The Lensey travel agency automated accounting and the reporting

The travel agency "Lensey" automated accounting and tax accounting by means of industry solution of 1C:VDGB: Accounting for non-profit organization (NPO). Works on implementation are implemented by 1C Company: VDGB.

Background of the project

Improving accounting activity of the enterprise, the management of Lensy made the decision on need of carrying out automation of accounting based on 1C: Enterprise.

Together with the contractor of the project the software solution - 1C:VDGB was selected : Accounting for non-profit organization, developed on 1C: Enterprise platform and intended for automation of accounting and tax accounting in non-profit organizations.

Implementation Results

Installation and start of a system in operation implemented to the management of Lensey Ltd an opportunity to use the management tool accounting activity of the company. Thus, the project solved aspects of accounting, significant for the company:

• conducting detailed analytical accounting on account 86 "Target Financings and Receipts" in two cuts: "Item of expenditure and receipts" and Financing sources;
• maintaining list of financing sources of non-profit organization;
• accounting by a business and non-commercial activity — maintaining the 20th account "Main production" by two sub-accounts: "Costs on business activity" and "Costs on non-commercial activity" its closing into the 86th account;
• an opportunity to consider costs on the 26th account and its closing into the 86th account;
• accounting of economic operations on financing sources. In standard reports it is possible to obtain information on each of financing sources, or on all sources at once;
• features of accounting of the VAT are considered — the possibility of acceptance of the VAT to offset or inclusions in cost of the purchased objects is implemented;
• accounting of fixed assets, accounting of OS and charge of wear is provided;
• planning with a different periodization (month, quarter, year), and a possibility of comparison of planned and actual receipts and expenses;
• automatic filling of the regulated form No. 6 on the basis of the inventory data entered into the program;
• conducting economic transactions at the expense of the distributed sources when wiring should share in proportion to structure of a source.

The implemented solution provided salary accrual, conducting accounting and tax accounting according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation. With automation of routine procedures of formation of the regulated financial statements labor costs are optimized.

In implementation process of the project, specialists of 1C:VDGB company carried out works on automation of sections of accounting, primary consultations on work in an information system 1C: Enterprise, elementary education of users.
