In Gebara Racing car service specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed an implementation project of the products "1C: Trade Management 8" and "BIT: Management of car service 8". As a result of automation of factory job for 20% customer service accelerated, the term of formation of orders decreased by 15%, time of payroll was several times reduced, process of control of receivables on partners accelerated.

Core activity of Gebara Racing car service is repair and service maintenance of cars of foreign producer companies. The company is engaged in complex service of machines and sale of auto parts on the European cars. The enterprise offers repair of engines, electronics and electricians. In 2001 "Gebara Racing" became the official representative of "Bosch AutoService" and the dealer of Webasto company across Krasnoyarsk Krai.

At the time of implementation of the programs "1C: Trade Management 8" and "BIT: Management of car service 8" in the company other software product which did not arrange with complexity of updating of a system, inconvenient functionality and high cost of service was used.

Minimization of cost of support of the software, need of reduction of time for payroll and requirement of obtaining operational and reliable information about settlement with clients became the purpose of automation. After market research of software products a choice for benefit of the solutions "1C: Trade Management 8" and "BIT was made: Management of car service 8" because of their ease in completion and the affordable price.

As the partner the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as the firm has wide experience of automation of trade enterprises, system implementations "1C: Trade Management 8" and the product "BIT was selected: Management of car service 8".

7 jobs were automated. In the course of the project requirements analysis of the client was made, adaptation under the customer's tasks is made, the following modules are configured: inventory management, purchase management, sales management, accounting of orders, payroll, retail, settlement with partners, exchange with the 1C: Accounting 8 system is configured, user training is provided. In the software product "BIT: Management of car service 8" is an opportunity to calculate salary for workers not only on a salary, but also at the cost of normo-hour, actual hour and on percent from the price of works. Besides the mechanism allowing to make and control settlement with employees is implemented.


Results of automation:

  • The term of formation of orders decreased by 15%;
  • For 20% customer service accelerated that promoted increase in loyalty of buyers;
  • Process of control of receivables on partners accelerated;
  • Time of payroll of employees was several times reduced.
