Roselectronics began pilot operation of software for the situation center in the Tula region

2022: Start of trial software operation for the Situation Center of the Governor of the Tula Region

Concern "Constellation" holding "Roselectronics" (part of the State Corporation Rostec) on July 28, 2022 announced the beginning of the stage of experimental operation of software for the Situation Center of the Governor of the Tula Region. Special software ensures the organization of management of the region in case of crisis situations, as well as the centralization and updating of data on all objects of the economy on its territory.

The Region-MPE software package allows you to control the level of provision of transport funds, food, as well medical equipment as monitor the execution of instructions and the current situation in the region in case of crisis situations. The solution is based on a single methodology for designing situation centers.

As part of the pilot operation of the Sozvezdiye Concern Governments of the Tula region , software is deployed on technical means, and training is carried out for users - employees of the Situation Center and specialized divisions of Tula the Regional Government. In turn, employees of the Government of the Tula region are working to fill the databases software package with up-to-date information.

"Representatives of the Sozvezdiye Concern and the executive authorities of the Tula Region are working to discuss proposals for the development of the complex's functionality. During the trial operation of the software, developed by us on an initiative basis at the expense of our own funds, we adapt the system in accordance with the wishes of the customer. The commissioning of the software is scheduled for September 2022, "said Mikhail Artemov, General Director of the Sozvezdiye Concern.

The project Situation Center of the Governor of the Tula Region of a new type is being implemented in the region on the initiative of Alexei Dyumin and on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

The center was equipped with the Region-MPE software complex by the Sozvezdiye Concern within the framework of an agreement with the Government of the Tula Region, concluded in August 2021.
