MT Service for half a year implemented SAP ERP

MT Service implemented ERP from SAP. Within half a year. The contractor of the project - Ciber.

Prerequisites

Business process automation in MT Service company was implemented due to own developments. The program of management accounting is functionally limited, is not informative, the interface of providing information is not convenient. There was no ability to integrate with products and the systems of third-party producers. De facto, in the company there was no efficient system of management accounting.

Quality improvement of a company performance required implementation of the flexible, functional system providing integration with the systems of other companies. For the solution of essential tasks the SAP product ERP was selected.

Implementation

The Ciber company began system implementation in 2007. It was made on methodology of Accelerated SAP and was complete within half a year.

Automation results

As a result of the applied solution, information processing rate considerably increased. Implementation allowed to reduce time expenditure and to increase performance due to automation of many processes, reduced time for monitoring of business processes of the company. Now in the company the system of management accounting works, integration of SAP with the system of Samsung company and the website MT Service is implemented.
