Bases for the project

Having begun development of the direction of retail and having created network of modern shops, company executives of Smiley drew a conclusion on need of process automation of accounting for new the direction. It was required to find such solution which will allow to keep account of wholesale and retail sales in uniform information base.

Andreevsky Gastronom - network of grocery stores of a format of self-service, as a part of the Smiley trading company.

Solution

In view of that accounting and tax accounting of the company are conducted in the 1C: Accounting 8 program, trade accounting - in the 1C: Trade Management 8 program, the decision to automate shops using the software product "1C-Rarus was made : Shopping complex. Food products", 1C:Enterprise 8 developed on a technology platform.

Industry solution "1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products", created on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform, implemented within 12 days, resolved issues of automation of accounting and management of wholesale and retail trade.

Solution "1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products" served in quality of the software of "back office" of shop.

Conclusion

Implementation of the software product "1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products" a number of tasks of management of a trading activity and automation of trade document flow was solved:

• sales management and deliveries at the enterprise with the wholesale and retail scheme of trade;
• management of a different retail store equipment;
• management of warehouse stocks;
• analysis of a goods turnover of the enterprise;
• management of price policy;
• preparation of the reporting;
• monitoring and efficiency analysis of a trading activity.

Exchange with 1C: Accounting 8 and 1C: Trade Management 8 is adjusted. In shops six jobs of cashiers are automated. User training is provided.

All automated processes and retail store equipment are tested in operating modes.
