The hardware-software solution for control automation by business processes of service maintenance (field service), maintenance and repair of the equipment (a MRO, TORO) using the service engineers, technical inspectors, repair services and emergency crews equipped with pocket computers, communicators, mobile terminals of data collection.


The OPTIMUM of a MMS significantly reduces costs for service maintenance and repairs, reduces risks of unplanned accidents or failures thanks to a possibility of remote control of processes. A system allows to contact quickly the central databases, dispatching services, databases in the generation companies, providing to employees all necessary information.


When using the OPTIMUM of a MMS for management of repairs (a MRO, TORO) is reduced time for service of objects, real costs for a MRO and works of repair services (are controlled up to a step-by-step request for execution of works). Due to more exact forecasting of technical condition of the serviced objects risks of non-staff situations decrease. A system allows to define timely degree of wear of the equipment and to quickly plan scheduled maintenance, to optimize stock balance the ZIP, to prove costs planning on a MRO and technical re-equipment.

Modern mobile terminals of data collection provide identification of objects and the equipment on RFID tags and barcodes. The means of satellite navigation which are built in these devices can be applied to gps of monitoring and control of repair crews. Operational data exchange is performed on any wireless communication links — cellular, departmental, satellite, etc.

When using the OPTIMUM of a MMS on departure (field service) is made formation of the working schedule of service specialists and optimal routes of the movement on the basis of a geographic information system for service maintenance.

A system provides online access to information, necessary for works, registers the performed works, considers the involved parts (ZIP) and time for execution of works. The employee can create the request for additional service in real time, create and print primary documentation.


When using the OPTIMUM of a MMS for inventory of objects is possible collection of information on any characteristics with formation of any questionnaire. All data are collected, processed and stored in electronic form. The photos made at collection of information automatically are attached to an object in the database. A system creates uniform base on subjects to inventory and can transfer data to office in real time on any wireless communication links. Thus, the execution plan of works is traced and time spent on inventory is considered.


The OPTIMUM of a MMS gives an opportunity to gps of monitoring of mobile employees, control of load of specialists and formation of the necessary analytical reporting.
