2022: Digital assistant launch for pizza chain MIKAfood

MTT, a provider of intelligent business solutions, announced on July 21, 2022, the development and launch of a digital assistant for the MIKAfood pizza chain in Magnitogorsk, which reduced customer communication costs by 60% per month.

The digital assistant processes more than 200 orders a day, replacing three delivery service operators who used to manually confirm and correct the details of the order left on the site. MIKAfood notes that after the introduction of the voice robot, the speed of confirmation of orders increased by 50%, and the number of complaints about the delay in the readiness of orders decreased significantly.

Voice robot, assembled on the platform, VoiceBox from MTT automated confirmation of orders from the site, unloaded delivery operators, significantly accelerated the acceptance of orders for sending to the kitchen.

Thanks to integration with the delivery site, the voice assistant implements one of two scenarios: using the API, it connects to MIKAfood systems and successfully makes adjustments to order parameters, taking into account variables such as delivery area, delivery date and payment method. For those customers who choose postpayment, the voice assistant offers to supplement the order with a morsom.

The company managed to develop a solution specifically for MIKAfood, which allows you to take into account the specifics of the delivery service and flexibly configure the robot for the needs of the network. With a sharp increase in orders, all of them will be accepted and processed, since the robot, unlike humans, can accept up to 100 orders at a time.
