According to sources, Kommersant Isaikin leaves the capital of all foreign assets that he owns: Alpine Prosperity Foundation (Liechtenstein), Gloria 7 S.a r.l. Luxembourg Netherlands Great Britain ( ), Volga-Dnepr Logistics B.V. ( ), CargoLogic Germany и CargoLogicAir ( ).

The departure of Alexei Isaikin from Volga-Dnepr may open up new opportunities for the businessman

The decision was made against the background of British sanctions due to the Russian military special operation in Ukraine, under which Isaikin fell in June 2022; it is designed to reduce risks for the activities of international companies, avoid the threat of account blocking and "continue working with customers, banks and lawyers in Europe," the interlocutors said, noting that the sanctions actually block the activities of all divisions abroad.

Igor Smirnov, senior director for corporate and sovereign ratings at Expert RA, believes that the deal to sell the business is "most likely non-monetary in nature." According to him, the founder of the company is a person devoted to aviation, and the idea of keeping the company in a close environment looks quite a priority. Isaikin's exit from foreign assets makes sense, according to Smirnov, this can be an elegant decision to turn the group into a legally pure international player.

According to Kommersant, by August 12, 2022, Alexei Isaikin is in Russia, but the businessman can launch aviation projects abroad "if desired and taking into account the Cypriot second passport."[1]
