JV Santa Bremor LLC is the modern industrial complex on processing of fish and production of ice cream with staff of 1800 people located in the territory of SEZ "Brest". The enterprise locates 3000 sq.m of production areas: three plants, two of which perform release of fish products: a pickles, smoking and production of the ready to the use, packed into plastic compression molds fillet of a herring. Under the Santa Bremor brand about 100 product names from fillet of the Atlantic and Pacific herring, including fish pastes, rolls and snack are issued.

Project Tasks
Create a number of analytical applications according to the analysis of profitability, modeling of cost value, the plan-fact analysis of execution of production schedules, purchases and sales, calculation and monitoring of different key indicators of activity.

Description and stages of the project
Before the final decision on the choice of the QlikView system the RBC Group company carried out the SIB project for Santa-Bremor. Seeing Is Believing is a part of sales strategy of QlikView; as innovations and advantages of a product, in comparison with traditional BI, look too incredibly - the customer is given an opportunity to be convinced of it in practice. When carrying out the SIB project within several days the free trial-version of a product is established, one analytical report on real data of the customer and his analytics is configured can be convinced within a month of efficiency of QlikView. Return of investments begins, actually, to their investment.

As the pilot application the Santa-Bremor company selected the Analysis of Shipments application which task is obtaining the analysis of shipments by goods, groups of goods, buyers, agreements, etc. Data source for the application is the 1C: Enterprise system. This application was developed in record time – three working days, including development of terms of reference and testing.

After carrying out a pilot project all planned analytical applications for sales, finance, production, etc. were created and unrolled. Further it is going to use QlikView for development of new applications of the business analysis for which the implemented ERP system will be data source.
