2022: Modification and testing of the personal account of the "Benefit" card

On August 15, 2022, IBS announced that it has been developing, adapting and modifying, setting up and testing the personal account of the Benefit card from Home Credit Bank for more than 3 years.

The personal account of the "Benefit" debit card is a special section of the bank's website created for cardholders of the Home Credit Bank loyalty program. Among its main tasks is the implementation of functionality to control the spending of accumulated points by a program participant and the provision by the bank of information about accrued/debited, active/inactive points, the balance of points, card transactions, as well as other information about the program that may be of interest to the participant. Due to the need to constantly develop the personal account of the Benefit card, the implementation of the project was entrusted to the IBS team.

Since 2020, IBS specialists have been supporting and developing a special section of the bank, regularly replacing various screen forms of brands,, if necessary, add, change the conditions and display of the bonus program for users of the personal account, change current ones at the request of Home Credit Bank and add new services, develop, design and layout pages of the personal account.

For us, the main result of the project is a qualitatively working personal account "Benefit." The high priority and importance of the changes made ensures the preservation of the current portfolio of customers and is an additional bonus for new ones,
