On August 15, 2022, Rostelecom launched a specialized website on which any telecom operator can apply for access to Rostelecom's resources at the facilities of the Digital Inequality Elimination Project (UCP). Thus, the company provides operators with the opportunity to use the ready-made UCN infrastructure and offers a service for connecting to the Rostelecom data network (IP transit).

When ordering connections at CSP facilities, operators are able to connect their equipment to the finished CCP infrastructure, thereby significantly increasing the coverage area of ​ ​ their own networks. In the future, the list of services available for receipt at the CSP facilities will be expanded.

To apply for joining the Rostelecom network at the UCP facilities, you need to select the desired settlement from the list on the Objects page, click on the Apply icon, or immediately go to the Applications page and fill in the required data.
