One of leaders of the Ukrainian market in production of fats and margarine. The holding merges assets on production of fat-and-oil products, elevator complexes on raw materials storage, transport company, agricultural division. Project Tasks
The main objectives of the project were: increase in business performance, reduction of the labor costs connected with access and information processing and creation of the tool for support of decision making processes.

Description and stages of the project
As the BI tool for creation of a system of a business intelligence QlikView was selected. During the project specialists of Kreativ Group together with consultants of RBC Group implemented the following analytical applications: The analysis of sales (the full-function analysis by goods, clients, suppliers, branches, managers), the Analysis of operating activities (the analysis of accomplishment of plans and budgets for sales, production, purchases and stocks), the Analysis of working capital (the analysis of receivables and payables, money and stocks).
