2022: Service Launch
Bank for Entrepreneurs and Enterprises On August 18, 2022, Tochka launched a service for quick and safe work with the self-employed: it independently requests checks from the contractor and saves them in the service inside the bank along with the rest of the data.
The tax regime for the self-employed has been in effect for the third year, and every year the number of self-employed is growing. According to the Federal Tax Service, as of June 2022, there are 5 million self-employed in Russia, and another 8.5 thousand people are registered in this status every day. Since 2019, the self-employed have registered income in the amount of 1.1 trillion rubles and paid taxes of 40 billion rubles. The total income of the self-employed per day is more than 2 billion rubles.
At first glance, it is easy for companies to work with the self-employed: according to the law, the only mandatory document exchanged by the parties is a check. After receiving payment, the freelancer must immediately issue it in the "My Tax" application. It is not necessary to draw up acts and even conclude an agreement.
However, this is the problem: the self-employed often send checks at the wrong time, make mistakes in them or accidentally cancel them. For business, this is a risk: without a check, paying a self-employed person can raise questions from the tax office. Therefore, some companies, just in case, avoid working with contractors under this tax regime. The problem is solved by the service Points - Business with self-employed.
You can publish tasks in it, pay for them and fully automate the receipt of checks. Keeping an eye on it is an extra concern, so we take it upon ourselves. Even if some of the checks are canceled, we will save the first version and tell you about it, "said Danil Avdyukov, a representative of the point. |
The monthly commission rate for using the service in the first two months of operation will be 2%, and then it will decrease with an increase in the amount: with a turnover of up to one million rubles per month, the rate will be 3%, from one million to five - 2.5%, from five million - 2%.
