2020: Creating a resource to find and book river cruises

Task

The customer turned to CIT Fact for the creation of a convenient and easy-to-use resource for finding and booking river cruises and additional services of partner companies.

Customer Solutions

The site should be convenient for both beginners and experienced travelers, so the ordering process is both simple and straightforward. It allows you to collect both a basic set of data for booking, and immediately choose additional opportunities for a comfortable trip. All information about the selected cruise after registration is stored in the client's personal account. This is an additional point of communication between the buyer and the company. So, for example, you can ask a question on a cruise, leave a review, recommend the tour to friends. In your personal account, you can also print out all the necessary documents for registration for landing.

Solutions for Company Partner

For partners, a simplified option for booking in the LC has been implemented with the reflection of information about current individual discounts and information about partner rewards. The system allows you to offer your services at the checkout stage. It is relevant if the partner has several related areas of activity, for example, he also conducts excursions. The ability to "embed" the selection of a tour into your own site has been implemented. All data of the end customer is reflected in the partner's personal account.

Solutions for Vodokhod Manager

An interface has been created integrated CRM Bitrix24 with the (implementation case) system that allows you to quickly adjust the order data, create payment documents, generate reports on flights, payments and carry out feedback with the client.

Booking

Within the framework of the project, a single user authorization is implemented. The user is automatically logged in to the website and the booking system. Identification of users and synchronization of their data between systems is carried out by means of a unique token, which is automatically generated and assigned to the user at the time of his registration in the booking system.

The booking interface is based on VUE.js, which provided high speed and responsiveness of the interfaces.

Project results

A new sales channel was created for the customer, managers were unloaded, the work of travel agents was optimized, the resource was made modern, functional and convenient.

The site "Vodokhod" was transferred to the support department of the integrator "Fact" for further maintenance.
