Roselectronics: Wing-A

Wing-A is an automated long-range aviation and military transport aviation system with automated combat control system functions. It displays in real time the coordinates of aircraft, their parameters and technical condition. Also, the ACS transmits data from on-board radio engineering reconnaissance systems about the air situation to ground control points.

2022: Introduction of equipment for guidance of anti-aircraft systems using aviation

Holding Roselectronics"" State Corporation Rostec on August 18, 2022 presented equipment from the software and hardware complex "Wing-A." The complex can be installed on planes long-range transport and aviation and is capable of aiming time the latest anti-aircraft systems at the enemy in real mode.

The equipment developed by the Kaluga Research Institute of Telemechanical Devices (part of Roselectronics) is used to simultaneously transmit and receive digital signals at speeds up to 9600 bps over non-switched four-wire tone frequency channels, for exchanging data of Ethernet subscribers and for transmitting data over physical lines and reverse conversion at reception with simultaneous two-way exchange at speeds up to 64,000 bps.

The presented equipment as part of radio-technical reconnaissance stations installed on strategic bombers and military transport aircraft allows detecting enemy aircraft with high accuracy. The obtained data are transmitted to the positions of air defense units, which allows to significantly increase their combat readiness, - said the general director of KNIITMU Alexander Alekseev.
