"Housing and operational management No. 2" Magnitogorsk automated the accounting activity by implementation of the software product [[1C:VDGB: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC|1C:VDGB: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC]. Solution
The management of Housing Operational Management No. 2 LLC made the decision on implementation at the ZhKK enterprise of a modern information system for increase in transparency of accounting and maintaining all its types in unified information environment.
Selection
As the software for implementation of an assigned task the industry solution of 1C:VDGB was selected : Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC, developed on 1C: Enterprise platform 8. It considers specifics of work of the enterprises of the industry of housing and communal services.
Implementation
As a result of integration into the standard solution 1C: Accounting 8, is automated accounting activity of ZhEU No. 2:
- material accounting;
- inventory control;
- accounting of transactions with money;
- fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
- salary accrual;
- application of any tax modes (STS, UIIT, normal system of taxation, SP) and transition from one tax regime to another;
- house cost accounting:
- automatic allocation of costs on services and materials in houses, parkings and other accounting items;
- set of the flexible and configured cost allocation methods: by the number of houses, on the area, by quantity living and also according to any other quantity characteristic tied to an accounting item;
- fixing to any building of several masters or divisions and other responsible persons;
- possibility of allocation of costs on the buildings assigned to a certain master or division;
- formation of acts on the performed works;
- report generation on costs, including the reference cost calculation.
Now implementation of the 1C:VDGB program for housing and public utilities is complete. Installation is carried out without significant configuration changes.
