AirGlow is an unmanned balloon helium ball designed to provide advertising services at exhibitions and festivals.

In Nizhny Novgorod, the first AirGlow aerostatic apparatus in Russia was launched. This became known on August 23, 2022.

The launch took place on August 20. The creator of the device is a startup TFA airships, which is engaged in the design of unmanned transport platforms with aerostatic unloading for monitoring and cargo transportation.

According to the developer, as of August 2022, the device has no analogues in Russia. Among the possibilities of the ball: broadcast from a projector and a holographic screw, illumination of the shell in different colors, placement of a branded logo on the shell. AirGlow has a special mount that allows you to accommodate any payload up to 12kg. Thus, the device can become a universal advertising tool, another way to promote the event and increase brand recognition. The diameter of the ball is 2.5 m, the flight time is about 4 hours.

The peculiarity of the object lies in the optimal hybridization coefficient, for the search of which research work was carried out with experimental verification. In the future, the technology will make it possible to create devices with a carrying capacity of up to 60 tons. TFA airships plans to create a 12.7 m AirOne device in 2023, which will be able to reach speeds of 91 km/h and carry goods up to 9 kg over a distance of 250 km. AirOne will be used to transport small cargoes, such as parts for unscheduled equipment repairs at facilities.
