2022: Introduction of a decentralized failover line of peer-to-peer PBXs
On August 24, 2022, Systematics introduced a decentralized fault-tolerant line of peer-to-peer PBXs for organizing a network of any scale with the possibility of both stationary and field application. The development of the PBX is carried out jointly with JSC Lintech. The solution is implemented on a domestic element base.
Joint development solves the challenges of scaling corporate telephony systems, providing a high level of fault tolerance. On the basis of several PBXs, you can build a geographically distributed telephony system with unified communications functions for any number of users and with any interfaces for connecting to the public telephone network (PSTN).
Devices in a peer-to-peer network are connected according to the principle of "each with each." Each device knows about all the resources of other devices of the peer-to-peer network and, in turn, informs them about their "own." There is no "master" server on the network. User terminals (SIP phones or other SIP clients) can be connected to multiple nodes of a peer-to-peer network, and failure of one node does not mean loss of operability of terminals that have been connected to a failed node.
