2022: Analytical Reporting Implementation

EVRAZ TK is implementing another approach to the formation of analytical reports on sales based on data together with Korus Consulting Group of Companies, which was last reported on August 24, 2022. The scenario approach in data analysis will allow you to find the answer to the desired question as soon as possible, while scaling analytical applications in the company's areas of activity.

The reporting used in the company required improvements: the basic was formed standard in presentations or; Excel tables, BI and the system interface was inconvenient for end users, optimization of work from mobile devices was required.

The project team studied the requirements for the platform: the solution had to include a full analysis of the organization's data from actual sales indicators to the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Based on the results of the audit of the current BI-solution, the structure of the starting dashboard and the general navigation scheme for the development of the application were created. When creating interactive panels, a scenario approach was used, which involves an analysis scenario from the upper level value of the indicator, followed by detailing and investigating the influencing factors.

The KPI Dashboard demonstrates the key performance indicators of the company: gross revenue, revenue, sales volume, efficiency program, market share with the ability to quickly analyze actual values ​ ​ and deviations up to a specific product or region (from the plan, from the same period last year).
