2021: Automation of internal document flow, agreement agreement, task and execution control

In 2021, the investment and financial company Solid translated paper document circulation into electronic form, which made it possible to optimize the efficiency of work and make business processes more transparent.

As part of the development strategy and digital transformation, it was necessary to speed up the agreement of contracts, the processing of incoming documentation and the exchange of documents between the central office and the company's representative offices in the regions.

The key task of the project is the introduction electronic document management systems and automation business processes of one of the largest the Russian financial brokers. The solution was implemented IT by the integrator "" Smart-Docs in 3 months.

To implement the electronic document management system, the Russian Docsvision platform was chosen with the necessary set of tools for flexible process configuration. The architecture of the CSP platform allows you to create and develop distributed solutions that are scalable both by number of users and by function, and also supports the ability to fully integrate with the company's information systems and services.

All procedures that can be algorithmized and performed earlier in manual mode were automated: from memos to accounts and contracts. The system automatically routes document reconciliation based on document type, amount, counterparty, and other introductory data. When working with incoming documents, only a resolution must be prepared - the system does the rest itself. The orders are generated automatically and transmitted to the executors. After the orders are completed, the documents are archived. The system based on the Docsvision platform provides control over the familiarization of responsible persons with the minutes of meetings and DPR.
