2022: Transition to EDC from HRlink
IT The infrastructure provider Selectel on August 25, 2022 announced that it had partially abandoned the paper when conducting personnel workflow. As a result of connecting to the service, personnel (electronic document management K)E-DOCUMENT FLOW from HRlink about 700 employees of the company can now sign documents in a few clicks.
In the context of an increase in the number of employees and the transition to a remote mode of operation in Selectel, they faced the need to digitize the personnel document flow. Of the 700 people, about 10% work remotely, another 40% use a hybrid format. In order to save employees from the need to visit the office to sign personnel documents, it was decided to connect to the HRlink FEDO service.
In the HRlink system, you can sign all types of personnel documents provided for by law. Signing takes place in several clicks using an enhanced unqualified electronic signature (UNEP) or an account on the State Public services portal (UNEP ESIA). It is enough for the employee to enter the code from SMS.
In the first phase of the project, the company digitized the signing of orders and familiarization with the vacation schedule for all Selectel employees. This category of documents is massive enough to track employee engagement and response to process automation. As a result, it was decided to expand the list of documents signed in HRlink. As of August 2022, more than 700 Selectel employees sign most personnel documents in the service, with the exception of those that are prohibited by law for signing through electronic document management, as well as a number of local acts.
As a result of the implementation of the Selectel project, it was possible to significantly speed up the signing of mass documents, such as the vacation schedule: signing takes place day to day. Previously, inviting employees to sign and control signing took a fairly long time - up to several days. Now human resources department specialists spend less time: it is enough to upload documents to HRlink - and the employee receives a notification about the need to sign them, and then a reminder of signing.
