Implementation of the system of formation and consolidation of key reporting forms

In the project to develop and implement an automated system for generating and consolidating key reporting forms based on SAP BPC, BearingPoint has completed:

• Finalization of the methodology for the formation and consolidation of the KFO,
• Implementation of an automated system for formation and consolidation of CFOs based on SAP BPC 7.5 NW,
• Implementation integration with an automated system of functional budgets in order to improve the efficiency and quality of budget reporting.

Finalizing the Functional Budget System

BearingPoint has replicated and refined the system of functional budgets for OMK taking into account the characteristics of the management company to improve the transparency and quality of budget management, ensure control over the achievement of a functional strategy and the effectiveness of the functional areas of the management company.

Implementation of Functional Budget System

BearingPoint has developed and implemented a functional budget system based on SAP BPC. Within the framework of the project, the following was performed:

• Development of methodology for the formation of functional budgets (methodological approach, KPI of functions, form book, methodology for reconciliation with KFO, regulations of the system of functional budgets, requirements for analysts of the accounting system);
• Implementation of the developed methodology based on SAP BPC 7.5 version of NW with own work-flow for coordination of functional budgets;
• Implement integration of functional budget system with ERP systems of business units, high-level planning system (I2) and investment project reporting system (AIS of instrumentation).

2010: Automation of the budget monitoring system

BearingPoint has completed a project to automate a budget monitoring system based on SAP BPC for the OMK group. Within the project:

• Optimized budget monitoring processes in terms of transparency of document flow between process participants and the possibility of generating reports on the dynamics of various indicators;
• Automated process of collecting and generating reporting of budget monitoring based on SAP BPC solution;
• Centralized collection and storage of reports is provided;
• Operational information on reporting status is provided;
• You have developed your own Work-flow solution to ensure concurrent alignment, enhance the standard control functionality of the reporting process, and coordinate user activities in the system.
• Additional analytical reporting capabilities have been implemented;
• Reduced effort to collect and report to management.

Successful implementation of the budget monitoring project has become a prerequisite for the implementation of further projects in OMK based on SAP BPC 7.5
