2011: Development and implementation of an information and analytical system

The development and implementation of an information and analytical system ensuring the formation of management reports in the field of capital construction was carried out. The system promptly provides the company management with a status on the design and construction of the main capital construction facilities under the company's investment program: the status of the design and estimate documentation, the provision of the capital construction facility with equipment and materials, and the implementation of the construction and installation schedule.

The beginning of the system operation made it possible to switch to the general structure of capital construction facilities for the company, identify accounting inaccuracies, implement controls, and determine the lack of system functionality. ERP

2008: NetBack Consolidated Reporting Implementation

BearingPoint has implemented the NetBack Consolidated Reporting in SAP: Reporting Oil and Petroleum Product Sales by TNK-BP to track all costs and revenues (actual and accrued) and calculate the Netback price for each transaction/delivery from production to end customer.

2007: Construction of a unified information reporting system in the field of occupational health and safety

Within the framework of the project, BearingPoint implemented the construction of a unified reporting information system, the implementation and replication of a solution in the field of labor protection and the environment. The following was performed:

• Improvement of business processes in the field of occupational health and environment (at all levels of the company),
• Creation of a single corporate data warehouse and reporting system in the field of occupational health and environment,
• Provision of authorized access to health and environmental information,
• Implementation and replication of the HSE BW reporting solution.
