2014: Adaptation of budgeting and financial consolidation methodology

Within the framework of the project, the methodology for both budgeting and financial consolidation was adapted in accordance with the requirements of the system, the formation of a conceptual design for budgeting and financial consolidation, the implementation of a budget model for financial planning, budgeting and consolidation based on the SAP BPC on HANA solution, the formation of a plan/actual reporting based on the SAP BPC product.

Also, within the framework of the full-scale transformation program of Metinvest holding, BearingPoint has developed and implemented a centralized corporate storage system, implemented analytical reporting in 11 functional areas and dashboards in 9 areas based on SAP BW on HANA and SAP BO Design Studio solutions, This provided managers of different levels with up-to-date, reliable and consistent data from different accounting systems (SAP ERP, APO, TM, SRM). The system provides extensive OLAP analysis, plan/actual analysis, drill-down technologies and other tools that provide multidimensional analysis in business process metrics .
