2015: Implementation of dashboards for the head of the organization
A project was implemented to expand the functionality of corporate data storage and implement a mobile client for Apple iPad.
The project has developed and implemented dashboards for the head of the organization and the director of personnel to improve the availability, ease of analysis and speed of obtaining information. The analytical application is implemented on the basis of SAP BW, BI-IP, Business Objects products.
2012: Automation of auxiliary processes
The support processes within the budgeting system were automated. Within the project:
- Updated budget planning methodology and plan/actual analysis and forecast,
- Standards and regulations of budgeting processes have been adapted,
- New requirements for the budgeting system have been automated,
- The customer's budget campaign forecast process is supported.
