AXELOT completed the project of automation of a warehouse of Happy Home company

The warehouse of the Happy Home company which is engaged in distribution of goods of Rainbow Home (products from microfiber) and Bonita (textiles for kitchen) in Russia, is automated in 1.5 months. System "1C Logistics: Management of warehouse 3.0" it is implemented practically without completions.

The Happy Home company rather entered recently the Russian market of the modern high-quality textile products from microfiber intended for house cleaning.

Happy Home quickly enough signed agreements on delivery of goods to large retail chain stores. Quickly to start shipment of new products from a rack warehouse of 1300 sq.m, including to the clients imposing especially strict requirements to terms and quality of formation of orders there was not enough only one experience of employees of a warehouse.

Need of the organization of effective work of a warehouse led the management of Happy Home to the decision on its automation based on modern WMS. In-depth examination of the market of automated control systems for a warehouse showed that in the maximum degree to tasks of the enterprise there corresponds the joint product of 1C Company and AXELOT company "to 1C Logistics: Management of warehouse 3.0". System implementation was decided to carry out using specialists of AXELOT.

As the logic of execution of operations put in the standard software product almost completely matched the organization of processes of a warehouse, completion of WMS was minimum. In particular, taking into account individual requirements of large network customers of Happy Home imposed to goods marking, specialists of AXELOT implemented a possibility of formation in the system of different barcodes for the same goods, depending on his buyer. Further the project team of AXELOT made the WMS setup, performed integration with the corporate accounting system at the 1C: Enterprise platform, trained users in work in the program, new to them, executed pre-launch testing and directly start of a warehouse management system in operation. All project according to the results of which 1 stationary workplace is automated and 5 radio data collection terminals are connected, took 1.5 months. Now AXELOT conducts maintenance of the implemented system.

As well as it was planned, implementation of WMS allowed without delay and in due volume to start shipments of new goods. Thanks to work with "1C Logistics: Management of warehouse 3.0" orders for retail chain stores form in full accordance with customer requirements. Employees successfully cope with selection of goods, for search of a position they do not need to remember as where it is stored.
