The tender on the public procurement portal was published on August 10, 2022, the results of the electronic auction were summed up on August 30. Only one application was submitted for it, which was recognized as the winner - "Independent Test Center-Spetstest" ("NIC-Spetstest"). This center belongs to the Russian company Kraftway. It is engaged in the development and production of trusted platforms with integrated information protection tools, as well as the creation of software and hardware systems on their basis.

As part of the contract, the IAC buys exactly 10 thousand printers and MFPs (8 thousand and 2 thousand units, respectively).

The choice of the state automated system "Justice" center fell on the Chinese printers Pantum BP5100DN (price 29 thousand rubles per pc.) And MFP Pantum BM5100ADN for 45.5 thousand rubles, follows from the state contract.

According to the description of the procurement object, NIC-Spetstest itself supplies the goods to the customer with its own transport. In this case, the devices must be delivered to courts throughout Russia. This in turn affects the cost of printers and MFPs. In addition, as part of the purchase, two black and white cartridges should be delivered to each device (i.e. 20 thousand cartridges for 10 thousand devices)^[1].
