The Trust national Bank implemented an electronic document management system, having covered it the main business processes of the corresponding field of activity.

Implementation was performed within POS crediting development (loan granting in outlets).

In functionality of a new electronic document management system:
- providing requirements of office-work;
- approval, statement and control of execution of documents;
- creation of resolutions;
- acquaintance with documents of employees;
- formation of automatic mailings of electronic mail notifications and documents;
- history of work with documents;
- organization of safe work with remote offices and divisions of bank via the Internet;
- organization of work with payment documents;
- scheduling and control of loading of employees on work with documents.
Expectations and responses
Implementation of a modern electronic document management system will allow to increase effective management of regional network, the managing director of NB "Trust" Maxim Chernushchenko noted. He assumes that he using SED bank will significantly reduce time and finance costs by the organization of document flow.
The electronic document management system is created based on Lotus Domino/Notes. Now a part of system modules passes test. As assume in bank, implementation will be finished in September, 2010 fully.
