The Ivanovo branch "Rostekhinventarization — Federal BTI" by own efforts implemented EDMS

The electronic document management system and business process automation of EVFRAT is implemented in the Ivanovo branch Federal State Unitary Enterprise Rostekhinventarization — Federalnoye BTI.

Project Tasks

Within implementation of the activity Federal State Unitary Enterprise Rostekhinventarization — Federalnoye BTI processes and keeps a large number of different documents. The lack of modern technologies of document handling had negative effect on efficiency of the enterprise.

Solution

The management of the Ivanovo branch made the decision - to implement an electronic document management system. After assessment of the most popular solutions presented at the Russian market for workflow automation and office-work of branch the EUPHRATES software product from Cognitive Technologies company was selected.

The project is implemented by forces of customer company.

Result

System implementation automates registration of the entering / outgoing correspondence, the uniform electronic archive is created, control of execution of instructions and tasks is adjusted.

By estimates of staff of branch, system implementation allowed to reduce much search time of necessary documents and to considerably increase the level of performing discipline.
