2022: AMT Service Kit Presentation

On September 5, 2022, AMT GROUP announced the launch of its own developed product - AMT Service Kit. The product is designed to automate technical support processes for large-scale IT infrastructures. AMT Service Kit provides the ability to prevent incidents and significantly reduce the time to restore the health of the network infrastructure, increases the performance and fault tolerance of the network. The target audience of the product is large corporations and telecom operators.

Similar products in terms of functionality were used by foreign equipment manufacturers in the provision of direct vendor technical support services to Russian customers. For September 2022, IT services were faced with the task of maintaining the effectiveness of support and maintenance of IT infrastructures.

AMT Service Kit is presented in two implementations: a firmware complex and a software tool operating in virtual environments.

Using the AMT Service Kit solves the following tasks:

  • Autodiscovery
  • Maintain a configuration repository with periodic analysis
  • Automated log recording and analysis files
  • Updating End-of-Life and End-of-Service information
  • Provision of error data (bugs) in the software
  • Software Vulnerability Tracking
  • Preparation of reports with recommendations

Regular analysis of the information collected by AMT Service Kit makes it possible to track thresholds and the state of network elements, as well as record negative trends that may cause serious failures in the future.

The easy-to-use dashboards of the AMT Service Kit provide important internal data on infrastructure health, including technical accounting of software, hardware, physical and logical interfaces, and configuration changes.

At the first stage, AMT Service Kit will be used by AMT GROUP in its own projects for the provision of comprehensive technical support services. A comprehensive proactive support service, which is also a special product of AMT GROUP, using the AMT Service KIT tool will save:

  • up to 20% time to collect data
  • up to 25% of the time to analyze the configurations and data of the technical accounting system

In the future, we will consider the possibility of implementing AMT Service Kit as a standalone product.
