All communication remains inside the service and after the call it is technically impossible to find a user on the VKontakte social network. Also, unlike other video platforms, there is no way to record and save a call on Mamba, which guarantees complete confidentiality.

Mamba does not have any filters that improve the appearance of the interlocutor. This is done specifically so that the user can appreciate the real appearance of the caller and understand whether the person likes or not.

According to Mamba's survey, which was conducted shortly before the introduction of this function, 48% of users would like to call the interlocutor in order to make sure that the appearance of a person is no worse than in the photo. 34% would like to take advantage of the call so as not to switch from the Mamba messenger to third-party sites and keep their contacts secret. And another 18% would like to save time on the first date and not go anywhere if the person in the video disappoints.
