Founder - Vitaly Marinchuk Yaiyla Urban Winery itself is located in the center of Sevastopol. The main direction is terroir wines from autochthonous varieties. Yaila is a word of Turkic origin that is known to every Crimean. Translated, it means high-altitude pasture or a flat plateau on top of a mountain.

Vineyards are located in the village of Teplovka in the west of the Crimean peninsula. The total vineyard area is: 2022 -10 ha
Terroir
Vineyards are located on the slope of the dried river Tereclav. Rocky-alluvial soils with a clay layer. The winery also buys grapes from farms in different regions of Crimea. At the same time, the quality of grapes and the process of its collection (manual) are strictly controlled.
