"TransTeleCom" organized video surveillance during the elections of deputies of the Saratov Regional Duma

On September 14, 2022, TransTeleCom announced that the specialists of the Verkhnevolzhsky macro-region of TransTeleCom Company provided a video surveillance service in the premises of territorial election commissions, broadcasting on the video surveillance portal on the Internet during the counting of votes, as well as storing video recordings in order to increase the transparency of the electoral process based on the use of information and telecommunication technologies.

In order to control the process of counting votes, a demonstration of the video surveillance portal was organized in the election observation center using collective viewing tools (video wall), which broadcast images received from the TEC premises of the Saratov region during the entire video surveillance period.

A permanent presence of TransTeleCom specialists was organized at the observation center, who managed the means of collective viewing, ensured the uninterrupted and moderated visualization options at the request of observers.

In total, there were 47 TECs on control throughout the region. To do this, TransTeleCom employees organized special secure communication channels, connecting more than 100 pieces of equipment and continuous monitoring of the quality of the system.
