Art optics (1C: Accounting)

Specialists of the Chelyabinsk branch "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BITS) created the accounting system for conducting operational, accounting and personnel records, payroll calculation in ophthalmologic clinic "Artoptika", having automated 17 jobs by means of the programs "1C: Accounting 8", "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" and "BIT:UMTs 8".

In the company the 1C: Accounting 7.7 program was used, however the staff of the company experienced difficulties in updating of the program and as a result - at submission of reports. Creation of a common information space for management of the main business processes of the company was a main objective of the project of automation, it was necessary to solve problems timely data acquisition about sales of both salons of optics, and ophthalmologic clinic "Artoptika", a task uninterrupted supply of retail outlets according to their needs for these or those goods, drawing up the summary reporting.

Automation of the enterprise by means of the program "8" allowed BIT:UMTs:

• Messages the customer base - to Store a contact information about the client, including the history of visits that allowed to remind of the recommended inspections. Became possible to trace regular customers and to give them various discounts, an opportunity for work on credit and making advance payment. It many times over increased loyalty of each visitor of our medical center. Also the program allows us to consider gift certificates.
• Keep record of clients - the Program allowed to keep the interactive calendar of record. In it already appointed requests of patients are displayed and available working time of the employee and the equipment is visible, also the calendar displays reminders
• Keep an inventory control - to Consider the nomenclature on storage locations, to consider receipts from suppliers, to control minimum a remaining balance of materials and to remind of need of purchase. Accounting of the nomenclature on any characteristics (color, volume, the size, etc.) was most convenient for accounting of contact lenses. Considerably use of barcoding of goods facilitated accounting.
• Keep account of the rendered services and sales. The clinic can construct statistics of sales for any period by types of service and goods, by clients and also employees.
• Keep account of cash flow and payments. The program supports accounting of cash and cashless payments, including work with health policies. Regarding acceptance of cash there was useful a connection of a fiscal registrar that allowed to reduce holding time of clients.

After introduction of a system to operation work indicators considerably improved:

• Data input rate increased by 15%;
• The quantity of errors was reduced by 7%
• The quality of work with clients improved;
• Raised qualification of personnel;
• At the moment specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) perform support of software products for their correct work and a timely obnolveniye.
